The mat color of the safety clip and the matching tail rubbers offer the optimal camouflage. The function of a safety clip and tail rubber is to assure the satefy of the fish in the event it swims into snags and the line breaks. The swivel can be secured with a small pin so that the swivel is always fixed and all pressure comes to the tail rubber. This rubber will then move up under pressure and the lead can release from the clip so the fish is free from additional ballast. Make sure to moisten the clip before putting the rubber so that the lead can come off easier. Available in Muddy Silt and Weedy Green.
